					<description>Much has changed since the 1ghz g4 was released. Comparing that chip to a new dual core macbook is simply not fair :). IF you would like to compare it to a more modern powerpc chip (such as a dual core one), now that would be a contest.
Furthermore, no one gets a mac for "speed", but for the user friendly mac experience.
I would take a slow mac over a windows computer with it's crappy experience anyday.
So, no one was being ripped over with the G4 chips, they recieved solid usable computers.
Anyways, long live the powerpc!</description>
